The Team Lead appointed was understanding of the impossible deadlines set and helped in completing the work on time.

Considering that Lido is a startup, job security during the pandemic was not at all present. The deadlines set did not take into account the time taken by certain aspects of the development process. The company was not at all equipped to handle the financial difficulties that arose due to the lockdown.

Work Details

My work was mostly straightforward. I was working on the development of e-learning training. We had to follow a strict set of rules for development due to the restriction features of the LMS portal.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
