The company norms are terrible, and the work is very much aggressive, especially the senior managers doesn't know behaviour, and behaved like unethical, uneducated sales person. They are making fool of employees, as well the parents. Its totally and completely fake in company. Even also giving intense pressure to employees, and only thinks about the revenue. If the work culture is disrespecting and aggressive then how anybody can be so polite. I can suggest you not to join here as a employee, they will force you to give revenue from your pocket.
