- Free hand by the founders to everyone across the floor. People are free to drive their own initiatives to add value to Licious; - The talent on the entire floor is very good

Dislikes

- Too many leadership exits, nobody is able to stay for a long time because of the toxic work culture; - Licious is not the best pay master in the market, they try to cut corners with everyone and get the 200% out of everyone by paying 50% of what they deserve.

The problem is the CTPO - Ajit Narayanan. 1. First problem - He is a tech guy and doesn't have sufficient product knowledge, this result him getting biased. 2. Not Open for feedback. He believes in tyranny and impose his way of working style forcefully on others even if it is unproductive 3. Way of communication - Very rude and blunt, doesn't respect his employees rather treat them like household servants 4. Confused - Sometimes he will ask to build an Ideal flow like a US company and when you do then he will ask to build the MVP (hardcode sol) and he keep switching between these two conversation The other problem is that the other two founders doesn't understand tech at all and they are not able to get what Ajit is doing in his tech team and hence no control over him....Read More

Managers are toxic specially HR are horrible. They have too much internal politics. But unfortunately noone is ready to accept or correct it. When you point out errors in the system you will be thrown out. Would not suggest to anyone.

I like about Licious is work flow the supply of meat from farm to wherehouse and From wherehouse to the hubs and from hubs to coustomers Without any disturbance in supply for a single day... Every single team work very sincerely towards there job

Salary is the issue, increment happens once in a year and last year april 2024 there was no increment atall to computer operators or packers everyone is working hard but increment happens to some of selective people and that's not fair
