For me my TL and FO were nice. Very Cooperative and will also give time for skill development. It was all nice until my team changed.
Full of office politics. One job less guy will always conduct a test for permanent position but will never give training. Top level management in vcs dep is a crap guy. Basically company takes your mental peace. Its better to be unemployed then being an MRC in this company.

Brand name is good. Professionals feel to join LG only because of the brand name.
But company has poor work life balance and most of the teams are working on maintenance projects. Tamil and Kannada people in Sr.management politics. Overall pathetic work.

Never ask for work life balance.. you never know and remember what it is.. too much of politics. Job security is good if you are on permanent payroll. Other than mobile division closure, I have not seen anyone loosing job during my 5 years of tenure. Cab facility is afforadble.
1. Indian managers dont rise to Korean managers. 2. Work quality in Validation department is below par with minimal to no learnings 3. Salary structure is poor 4. Due to bell curve appraisal system, salary hike is poor for most of the members

1. LSET exam: One positive aspect is that the company encourages employees to clear LSET exam which can be beneficial for skill development. However, the managers who nominate candidates to attend the exam seem biased.
1. Poor appraisal system: The appraisal system is not transparent. There is limited growth in terms of career progression. 2. No work life balance: The company does not prioritize employee well-being. 3. Strict timings: Employees are expected to log in by 9AM and leaving by 8PM is considered EARLY (official logout time is 6PM). 4. Unrealistic work Expectations: There is an unspoken expectation to work minimum 12 hours a day, every day, throughout the year. Even if the work is completed, employees are still expected to stay in the office for long hours. Failing to do so results in consequences. 5. No development: All projects are maintenance projects. No scope of learning new technologies which hinders professional growth. Additionally, some managers adapted a "government job mentality" - they rarely touch their laptops, and spend their time on non-productive activities (I suggest that management should focus on fostering innovative ideas and encourage the team to explore new technologies). 6. Unprofessional managers: The management team, especially direct reporting managers, regularly engage in inappropriate behavior, such as objectifying female colleagues during tea breaks. Additionally, they lack basic professionalism and manners when interacting with employees. 7. Blind support from higher management: Higher management consistently provides blind support to reporting managers, even when their behavior is unprofessional or harmful to the team. 8. HR lacks authority: HR does not have the power or influence to address issues that affect the work environment. 9. 9-Hour mandatory office hours: The company enforces a strict 9-hour office schedule, with pay cuts for those who don't meet it. Management especially those who call themselves "leaders" and lead you to nothing. No growth, No hikes, only partiality based on favorism. At least developers have some options to be converted as a regular but not test engineers. Avoid joining at all cost.

There is no technical skill development inside the company. If you are joining the company start searching the job to next company from the next day. They don't have the budget for the employees, Ever wonder why there is only one stand alone building for such a Big MNC comparable to other company. You get to work on multiple projects throughout the year. So the learning curve is arguably better than most of the companies out there.
1. There is absolutely no work life balance 2. No WFH option. The management does not belive in WFH, hence no efforts will be made to facilitate it even during emergencies. Few rare instances where you can get it, but that too with lot of fuss, and for a limited period. Its just not worth it. 3. Company culture overall isn't that great. From your immediate manager till the top management, do not reciprocate to feedbacks positively. So expecting a positive change in work culture would be foolish. 4. Salary/benifits are below the industry average, so for the all the work that they get done from you, compared with the compensation you get is fairly unfair. It is better to join a company where the culture and the balance is good. I would recommend against joining this company at least for now. Non technical managers. Less employment benifit. Huge internal politics. No medical leaves in case of emergency. My last manager called several times at 11pm for review and asks update in morning. Saturday and sunday working. Less utilization of skilled resource. No career growth. If you are assigned to a project you have to be in that project till end.
