They exploit freshers on the basis of their need. If you are a fresher who is just starting your career, you will be frustrated by the office and it's politics. Here managers(senior ones) not the team leads,will hire you as an MRC or intern. They will give assurance from time to time that you'll get permanent job and will keep hanging you for years as an MRC. I started working in LG last may. and this review is just about my team, not a whole company. My team is good, especially because we have a technical manager who understands what challenges I go through. Recently my coding skills got better because of LSET coding tests they conduct, it is not mandatory, but if you clear it you get recognition and respect from higher management . Pay is also good compare to many other companies in my domain. Even though i have been here for just about eight months, they still considered me for appraisal. i was hoping for max 5% hike but to my surprise i got 20%. i was so happy , surprised and I had happy tears. Job security is good if you are on permanent payroll. Other than mobile division closure, I have not seen anyone loosing job during my 5 years of tenure. Cab facility is afforadble.

1. Indian managers dont rise to Korean managers. 2. Work quality in Validation department is below par with minimal to no learnings 3. Salary structure is poor 4. Due to bell curve appraisal system, salary hike is poor for most of the members
