Job security is good. Always follows ethics and employee engagement fun activities are good.

Dislikes

Lack of WFH. Strict 9 hrs timing. Even if one minute shortfall of 9 hrs average, half a day leave will be cut and it will increase based on no of hours shortfall. Indian managers have no zero voice or no voice..just puppets to Korean boss

Never ask for work life balance.. you never know and remember what it is.. too much of politics. If there are 2 persons (1 Tamil and other) with same experience and salary, but the treatment for Tamil guy is good and the other guy like we are even knowing and have good knowledge also the treatment is worst.. it is a biased work place.. Never join here even if you don't have job also as it will ruin your career. Better join other company for same salary.. Never join LG soft India.. Very worst company...Read More
