There is no working experience here, It's a Nightmare for the Person, who is working at the location outside of Head Office, Senior will make your life hell right from the 8.15am in the morning. and they will tell you that Korean calls them at 8.00am in the morning so why should you be in the Heaven and enjoyed. No Induction or Product Training are done in the Company for the new Joinee or is there any Kind of Development/ Skill Improvement Programmer for Improvement in the Sale Team force. They will only hire you just becoz of your Past Exposure and Networking in the market. They will not even Provide you Proper Product Induction and will make you interact, directly with their Channel Partner and ask to Understand the Product from them and other ranges available in the Company from Channel Partner. and you will then reliase that the LG Hausys Business is run by their Dealer or Distributor directly as the Company has no Presence or has Zero percent Intervention in all the dealing and that's why LG hausys has no Direct Ware house and Stocking in India, its all routed through Dealer and Distributor only.
