Almost nothing except average salary and basic facilities.

Dislikes

No planning, running for execution. High pressure, zero work life balance 996 working culture. Highly abusive environment.

Work Details

Working for almost on all Sunday. Some time manager asked I haven't seen any email from your side on weekend, you have wasted your weekend. Zero work life balance.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
