Dislikes

Career growth is very slow, the work pressure is very high , Managers do not value an individuals ,managers are don't have any power to take decision, they work like a puppets of Korean leadership.

Work Details

Part of SCM Team most of the time i do work without any logic and here is no process we just follow the orders of Korean leadership and most of the time we do work which is not relevant of our KPI's and SCM related process.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
