This is not a corporate organization, it's proprietary organization. There is no work culture, just people acting to work and the main aim of the employees is to satisfy the ego of management. There is no learning, no work culture, no work life balance. Just work and rework. If one manager say to work on something the other one makes it to rework, then the final approver makes you rework again.

The work culture in Lexplosion Solutions is more than Toxic. It is like a school where everybody just monitors everyone's footsteps. Even for a basic tea break or lunch break the management had asked not to spend more than 15 minutes. They will make you work 24X7 without any appreciation or any words of encouragement but will do a huge ruckus over a mistake. And mistakes also happen because employees are overburdened with so many things at the same time. Managers are nothing but puppets in the hands of Senior Management. The moment you tell them about too much work getting alloted, they will act as if this is ones own incapability of completing work within the timeline.
