If there is any regret in my life, then it's Joining LexisNexis. There is nothing to like here.

Dislikes

There is everything to dislike. Would never recommend any one, even my enemy to join this company. I'm not explaining in detail, cuz, if I start to explain, no pages will be enough.

I was all alone placed in Bangalore apart from my team n all other colleagues where in I did not had my own desk to seat even after 4 months of joining since, their office based out of bangalore is Regus.

Lexis Nexis is the worst company I have worked for. Top management is worst . Sales head and India head are the worst managers Company need to change these managers if they need to survive. There is not job security.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
