Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

-Managing Partner of the firm likes to micromange everything. -No free hand to work -you cant use your brain as they have templates for everything. -they are not open to new way of writing nor ideas. -they promote only patna people. -Managing Partner of the firm is very partial towards Patna people. -She like to shout on HR, Admin and Marcom Team -Nobody takes the responsibility of their own work -Reporting Managers are also puppets of the managing partner -They have a concept of Mass Mailing for Business Development -No work life balance -24*7 work environment -Managing Partner of the firm comes at 6 PM everyday and then she would have a meeting and expect from the people to stay by late. -Very negative work environment -If somebody resign or she doesnt like she would torture that person or insult that person. -there are lot more....Read More
