Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

Nothing is good in this Company, the management is very terrifying and some managers and main boss behaving like we are their personal servant. If any small mistake found from your side, believe me that you will be fired out of company ( they loved their products more then people Life ) No fix timing of doing job , if you work for company ( thinking good about company) managers and boss under valued yourself. They are using third class raw materials and manufacturing fail material . Overall they have to sell API's at lower value because of material it have bad quality - Remember we all are taking medicines which contains their API's....Read More
