horrible work environment, and no work-life balance. The office shift was from 10:30-7:30 but we were supposed to be there from 9:30-8:30. The Senior manager and higher authorities were all terrible. I still remember the time when my SM called my entire team scolded us and asked us to push our limits and work like crazy he even toldus that he was supposed to go on leave as his Grandmother died(may god rest her soul) but instead he is still in the office and working because work comes first. This is not how you encourage people to work for you. Please work on understanding your employees and encourage them to have a work-life balance....Read More

They attract you with a good salary but it's a trap. They set unrealistic targets and force to achieve the same. They call employees on 10 and leave them at 8:30-9(even 9:30 at times). They force you to work even in Sundays. There's no work life balance and mostly managers are hired from BYJUS so they have created a environment justlike byjus.
