Top managers and Regional Head of Maharashtra are shit people. They are very low graded and voluntary in making decisions (e.g-Removing people coz of people bias, Abusive Language, Bias Appraisals, No SOP, Bad recruitment strategies (College rieds/ Allumnis recruited to run the business which has nothing to do with his skill/ ability to run the business)..the same leads to confusion and panic in the organization. Nothing is there for like of this organisation because when you joined everyone support you after that they treat like a animal and also there CR team is trying to show I am your boss every time they are taking as like we are her servant.

Management team HR and everyone who is your upstairs behaviour as like we are her slave and each and every time threaten we will issue PIP and warning letter email only on supply Executive. At the time of joining hr gives you timeline for 7 between you will join after that you will resign from job due to toxic culture hr said that you will have to serve notice period and other options is buy notice if candidate is under medical treatment no one can understand as per my suggestion don't join this company....Read More
