Enthusiasm and vibe. I really appreciate the foundation to bring the best in each member of the organization.

Dislikes

Work life balance is completely messed up. If you can compensate with proper remuneration that may be impacting, but that too won't create a holistic approach where the people feel threatened and always will be till you repair the entire structure.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
