The management and culture is really toxic. The learning curve after a point is flat and does not happen to grow. Your efforts and achievements will never be rewarded and you will tend to get frustrated after a while.

Nothing is there for like of this organisation because when you joined everyone support you after that they treat like a animal and also there CR team is trying to show I am your boss every time they are taking as like we are her servant.

Management team HR and everyone who is your upstairs behaviour as like we are her slave and each and every time threaten we will issue PIP and warning letter email only on supply Executive.
