when comes to appraisal and promotion to work company lacks support. there is no word as job security in this company they will layoff att any time without intimation. no recognition to work when the time comes about hiking salary company makes o efforts towards hike.

Nothing is there for like of this organisation because when you joined everyone support you after that they treat like a animal and also there CR team is trying to show I am your boss every time they are taking as like we are her servant.

Management team HR and everyone who is your upstairs behaviour as like we are her slave and each and every time threaten we will issue PIP and warning letter email only on supply Executive.
