Their product line is their strongest suite and probably the best reason to love this organization. All the teams have razor sharp focus to join hands and collaborate together to bring about the best of user experience and superiority over similar competitors while new features are being rolled out. The support from management is also there if you know how to express the needs to gather it. The policies are not strict, are employee friendly and have some scope of improvement no doubt since it is a flat organization + management but they can be customized more in line with the shift in industry mindset I believe. Colleagues within and outside departments are all friendly and bond well with each other like a close-knit, small and sweet family if you can learn to live with each others' flaws. The best thing is your technical colleagues are very bright and sharp minds and they can make you learn a lot of new things without you even asking them. Its a pleasure to be alongside such brilliant people. This is a small company and one can make great career here if they are genuine at their heart and can learn to accept the fact that every place may have its own small flaws here and there; and there is no perfect place to work on the earth, lest you have it in you to make it best for yourself. Backlog refinement needs to improve for feature development so that projects are not written off as user stories. Releases need to happen faster. There is no Learning and development calendar. One needs to identify their learning needs and resources both on their own and then management can support them reasonably well, which is good in a way, but if it could be implemented via a calendar then the internal skill development could be aligned more with organization goals better I believe, plus it would set the employees also on a structured and directional learning path....Read More

There is nothing to like about this a-ss company. Leadership team is a complete shit including the owner who are so called directors and always revolves around hiring low cost resources. Lower management is just a poppet to execute what owners needs to execute at the end. Hiring and firing is just normal for them. Pls be careful before joining such sucking org as there is no such word in their dictionary called ethics and compliance....Read More

I like the flexibility of working and the flat hierarchy they have at Lepide. Yhe top management is really nice and helpful. Its a startup so the benefits are not extravagant, but they pay you well which compensates for it.

My only concern is the absence of group insurance.

CEO, highly inexperienced. Managment are all his friends and family and highly inexperienced. Was ghosted on many occasions for meetings that he setup. They have a huge product issue.

First of all, I would say that the team is very excellent and everyone is very supportive. and if anyone ready to join product based company, it is one of the best company where we can learn and enhance our skills. Surely you will enjoy the work here.

Ashish Lal (Scrum Master) and Vikas Kaushik (Product Owner) are the vamps of Lepide. They pass personal comments on everyone. One sits in one corner and second sits in another corner. Whole day they send msg to each other like someone is in washroom for this long, someone talks to girls too much, they monitor your time of nature call too. Both of them watch netlflix and youtube for 6-7 hours in day (please note that everyone knows it). These two are highest paid employees and I guess hired for such activities only....Read More

Both of above two have kicked many senior employees. They set their target first and then they make sure either target resigns himself or they terminate him. Recently many employees were hired from multiple locations like Pune, Hyderabad. But almost everyone was kicked out. They have some tagline to use like; mismatch with required profile, performance issue. After taking 5-7 rounds they give offer letter to some. * CEO Aidan And Danny should take feedback on such plateform seriously. Advice to Management; plz implement 360 degree feedback policy. Take feedback for above two. Do competency mapping for above as they are not fit for their role. People can not face more humiliation on the floor.
