The management is too much caring about their employees I really glad that understanding of team lead and team members is very professional.

I really not finding any cons in the entire process but I think management should have more employee engagement session.

In terms for company culture, there were both negative and positive aspect. On one hand company fostered a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
