Company is good but AOM, cluster optometrist, HR, HRBP, all is not responsible person. They always bother employees. They don't do their job properly. They always put pressure on employee to do better sale.

Lenskart is very bad organization nobody can live here without depression..here is so many types of depression, stress like maintain Balance score card,Net promoter score, Optometrist is not in Lenskart here's everyone is salesman. Optometrist has no respect, salesman has much more opportunities...

What a joke nothing you will like it and in lenskart if you are a sales executive then you will be treated like stray dogs

Trust me I had worked for lenskart atleast 1.4 years at first it was going good but all of a sudden the company policy and people of lenskart is totally useless. If you are a sales executive then you have to forget your self respect you have to clean the mirror glasses, eyeglasses, sunglasses and even you have to clean floor. Guys you will be crying to working here. If you don't get the job then apply here but get ready to face so many problems and hurdles may be you will be sacked by doing some politics. Vey disappointed from lenskart . He doesn't any care of employees incentevises also cut by the company. No leaves provided by company .The average work period in lenskart only 6 month. No job secure and misbehave by the area managers. No national holiday also not provide compensate leaves 😢 I recommend to doesn't join the lenskart in any circumstances.

Constant manpower suffeling Cleaning done by staff When customer is not on the store, staff can't sit & don't use mobile Duty xtra hours Incentive policy is not good thats why 90% staff get 500 to 1k incentive

Joined as work from home process due to father's health condition as the Office location is Gurgaon, and I am living at Kolkata. But without any notice period of a minimum 1 month office suddenly ask to work from office which is not possible for me.

Lenskart might be a good company for others, but it was not good for me at all. In fact, my AOM (Bhanu Joshi) in Faridabad was not good either. He only lies, and I even have call recordings of how he tries to lure people by offering petty cash. He had trapped me in a way, but thankfully, I managed to get out. Otherwise, who knows what kind of trouble he might have gotten me into.

The worst company in my entire career. Never ever join even if they offer you good salary (I know they never, they only match your salary). They exploit you in all ways possible.
