I worked with this company and I really liked it. All the members were supportive and did team work. Everyone worked according to the rules and regulations of the company and shared the product with the customers.

Everything including management system,HRBP. Pathetic Company i have ever worked with. You will learn nothing here instead you will feel like House keeping person. In the name of cleanliness they will ask you do mopping brooming cleaning fixtures and cobwebs. A lot of politics prevail in this company. Here seniors and even HRBP is pathetic. Area managers do not support their subordinates. Here store managers do not say anything against their Area managers because they know they will loose their Jobs. If they dare to speak against their AOM then strategy will be made by AOM to pressurise SM to resign or create this kind of situation where SM will resign. This is my personal suggestion don not join this company if you want to build your career. The timings are a little flexible. There is no fixed dress code and also people are a little chill and friendly there.

The policies, the management are really pathetic. I had been dealing with a medical suffering since october and despite attaching all the documents on the email requesting for a temporary work from home set up my HR and management didn't give a shit about my medical condition. Just to add the severity about my medical condition, I had a stroke in the middle of october.
