This is pathetic organization to work always try to cut the salary Has not given any benefit in covid time all employees were at stores then after they have not paid full salary deducted 20% salary in tuff time . CEO Piyush Bansal making money but employees are not at all happy very long shifts timing

its was a worst experience at all, last 2 year no one get salary increment, even no medical leave, management not connected proper store manager, even they just promot old staff as lead manager but after a 1 year they said you are not eligible

Lenskart is a such good working place were people can learn from basic in retail and that same time they will take your personal time for their business not satisfied with the organisation how it works for staff. The company only for a Cx who buys and not for staff.

If anyone have no jobs then try to get job if still 6 months after many trials you didn't get anything then I suggest join the lenskart company.and make sure there nothing you ask forget your 9hr duty it would be 11 hours plus maximum days. And with no job security. After multiple efferts you would listen dialogues from your seniors, and this is not inaf you also ready to answer in 2 to 3 zoom calls in a single day.
