nothing for like in lenskart office in interview they were told you shift is only 8 hr's and only 5.5 days working. after your joining or turning they will give you 9 to 10 hr shift thay will never give you week off joining letter is only peace of paper.

i request you please dont join this 3rd class organization you will work any local market shop is much better (yaha sirf naam bade or darshan chote ) upper management is totally bakwas

Nothing to like they will transfer you from one store other store. Western line to Harbour line there is no job security they fired you any time.Employee can be safe his job only for maximum 3yrs after that they used there technique to harash you by deduction on shrinkage and Transfer.

No job security management always support to there senior manager.Lots of politics they hired any field employee for this industry and after that they asked you to resign for negligence.

Company not giving leaves in weekends So It's not attending family occasions And it's unable to going tours with family So This is a bad thing Any employee taking leaves staff adjusting and management is important and Employees health and stress also important Management give long leaves for employees in weekends also

They show big dreams but worst work environment and work culture. No holidays on weekends and holidays. You are allowed to take one leave in a weekday other than weekend. They provide incentive for sales you made but impose so many condition and reject full incentive. All conditions were fulfilled and deducted salary for my leaves other than that they disallowed my full incentive of 10000/- on the ground that i came for 18 days (due to serious health issues ) out of required 22 days...Read More

Lenskart might be a good company for others, but it was not good for me at all. In fact, my AOM (Bhanu Joshi) in Faridabad was not good either. He only lies, and I even have call recordings of how he tries to lure people by offering petty cash. He had trapped me in a way, but thankfully, I managed to get out. Otherwise, who knows what kind of trouble he might have gotten me into.

The worst company in my entire career. Never ever join even if they offer you good salary (I know they never, they only match your salary). They exploit you in all ways possible.
