Likes

Learning curve is extremely high. You get to learn and handle a lot of aspects of business that generally you won't get to in other companies. It's a small organization, so visibility is extremely high. Your productivity tends to be high owing to the company culture. Salary is never an issue, high performers are rewarded.

Job security - Good
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

1. Lot of red tape. The decision making process is painfully slow 2. Work life balance is a myth. You need to start delegating work aggressively in case you want to have a work life balance 3. Internal movement can be slow. Merit is seen but often who you know can affect promotions
