We can gain good knowledge with all trainings and multiple courses provided by the company. If you get a good buddy mentor then your work is done. You will get a good guidance. Managers are supportive. Apart from few teams , rest all teams were amazing and the people were friendly.

Dislikes

The culture was good but internal politics are like hell. If you complain to HR or director he/she leaks and discusses with the same person whom you are having problem with and portray you as a bad candidate in the end. Had worst experience in work life balance. No one knew how mentally I was stressed with the team. There is a partiality among tamilian and other state people. If that is the case they shouldn't have called me to relocate to different state. Hope they could have been honest and nicer with employees. Overall I wasn't able to adapt with thay negative environment. After seeing and working with other companies i felt at ease and enjoying my work now.
