No minimal Job security, when you are working as third party. Please take survey how many your thrid party resources were succssfully relocated to their parent company. We trust lennox brand name, if anything happen in project, lennox simply say to move parent company & put all blame to Parent company. Full time employee conversion is not in transperant way. My suggestion, please make "solid agreement" start and end date in Lennox, whether it is 6 months or 1 year or 2 year, let candidate will take decision to come or not....Read More
