Job security is good, work culture is no more good.

It maybe once a great hotel, but no more now to start your career. I would never suggest anyone to join this industry, the trauma, the pressure and everything which they keep on their employee is very bad. You will have to work for 12+ hours, and i clearly know and it's being a statement: you will have to come to hotel on time and ju st forget about the time of leaving. Though I have left the job but I must say I enjoyed my time there and learned many new things. The work culture nice and people there are supportive.

Dislikes

Though it is a mid level hotel, it should raise the standard to give good competition. For staff, some facilities like cabs can be provided and more chances to grow in career.
