Nothing. The set of people working in that office is having their dominance and they never gives opportunity to others. Leminar is one of the worst companies I have worked with. They have almost ruined my life.

The Area Manager working there is a backstabber. He will never let you know what he is thinking behind and he will make issues in Visa transfer too if someone leaves that company. They do not know the process of hiring the right candidate. They can play with anyone's life just to fulfill the vacant position. From Top to Down everyone is same. HR has no power to overturn or to take any decision. A group of people with no humanity. The most negative environment I have ever worked in....Read More
