worst company I Never seen such company. There is no value of experience and position. we have to work like labor no work culture no system. Don't spoil your work life. not a good company. They will remove you any time, No job security. Any minute the MD will throw you from The job.he won't pay the full and finally settlement dues. He will tell number of reasons for not paying your salaries. Not spoil your career and family life by joining this company. your wives will divorce you because you will be working for only MD growth not for your self growth. Every signal minute. Employees used to think about MD every day which employee was removed today. Every day the MD screams bad wards to the staff. Leitz India it's not a company, it's a central jail.
