"Overall, my experience at leisurely stay has been mixed. The work environment and benefits are zero, but there's been no increment in salary after one year completing also Requests for an increment are met with silence from management, and there's a sense of instability with the potential for forced exits don't follow any compliance as per the laws which followed by India company act. Management is poor, No career growth this company is running a training school for freshers, freshers come take 1 yrs experience and they leave company because no increment no job security no benefit. For freshers this place is best come complete one yrs take certificate leave
