I was in Sales and immediate after joining i have given targets which are equivalent to My Superior positions with no base and no fully owned geography. TL was waste of help, only nagging is the work of him.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
