Excellent work culture with ample scope of growth. Regular training programme both in house as well as from management experts. An ideal organisation to build career.

Dislikes

Tremendous work pressure at the beginning. Sometimes very difficult to adjust who joins after spending 5 years in different Co. Or industry

Work Details

Mostly project oriented sales. Approvals from specifiers, channel management as well as channel development, primary collection were main components of the jobs. Seminars, meets etc. were regular activities.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
