The school is one of the best places to work in. The management is very cooperative, supportive and gives us guidance in time of need. It's not just the work there, it's what knowledge and experience we get from the school. The school culture is really good. We get a chance to work with friendly staff group. The timings however is unpredictable.

The work culture is really good. It's fun working with students of different grades. The best part is to see enthusiasm kids show in knowing the contents. A great place to teach and grow. Learning all about the different syllabus.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
