Offer guidance on college and career choices, including college admissions and scholarship applications.Academic Support: Monitor and assess students' academic progress, identify learning difficulties, and collaborate with teachers and parents to develop strategies for improvement.Personal Development: Promote students' personal growth and well-being by helping them develop essential life skills, such as problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations within the school community, providing emotional support and connecting students to appropriate resources when needed.Group Counseling: Conduct group counseling sessions on topics such as stress management, study skills, peer relationships, and career exploration.
College and Career Readiness: Organize college fairs, career workshops, and college application assistance programs to prepare students for post-secondary education and careers.Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts between students and between students and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.Parent and Teacher Collaboration: Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student success and address individual and systemic issues.
