Great place to work. You will be learning new technologies and lot of other trainings as well such as personality development training, leadership training etc. Politics free environment. Very safe place for female members. Security and pick and drop services provided by company. It's a company where you can sit with the CEO and have coffee and breakfast together.

Dislikes

Salary and increment are low as compared to market standards. Health insurance should improve.

"The environment at LearningMate is extremely poor. If you don’t know Bengali or Marathi, very few people will speak to you in Hindi, and they won’t even talk in English. No matter how much work you do, you’ll get only a 1% to 2% hike, with a maximum of 4%. They do pay salaries on time, but when the project budget is low, they can fire you at any time without giving you the chance to serve the notice period, and you won’t receive your 3 months' salary. The behavior of the project managers is terrible. Even when you’re working from home, you’ll have to work until midnight. The work environment here is very toxic.
