it is most disgusting and unethical and unprofessional company. They terminate their employees because they asked for bonus incentives or maternity leave. highly recommend to not join this company people like bharat choudhary shikha singh akansha bhardwaj and jaikaran prabhakar are most selfish and inhuman employers i have ever faced in my entire life

the company is the most pathetic company i believe no one should join this company because i faced horrible experience they harassed their employees mentally and forced them to resign because they do not want to pay their employees especially incentives bonus and maternity leave

They try to be cool company but they have a very casual and reactive approach to work. They have a lot of work and assignment content to offer which is a good thing. But they dont have the right organisation skills to manage the good work load. So, they have clients but no one to service them properly. The result is a mismanaged company which issues more refunds to dissatisfied clients. Obviously, the employee also suffers because of their lack of management skills....Read More

They dont reimburse their freelancers on time. They will approach you for the most complex tasks and will compensate you with peanuts. You have to constantly follow up with them to clear invoices. They are highly biased. The top management runs on its whims and fancies. If they feel u r useful, they will go to any lengths to pamper u. Once they get their work done, they will ignore ur calls and become unreasonable. Beware of their FnF which is the most horrible experience. There is absolutely nothing to like about this company. They are just a bunch of liars and thieves.

1. These guys are a shameless so called "professionals" who do not have an iota of understanding of their own work. They are just middlemen who are scraping off the hard work of others. 2. They get the work done and when it comes to getting paid have many flimsy reasons not to pay. DO NOT work for them. They are thieves and cons, though literate but utterly shameless and uneducated nevertheless. 3. The teams consists only 2-3 people and one of them, the so called owner will be there in the groups. One time he asked me for my pictures on WhatsApp. Apparently, he was asked from some of his own female employee. Pathetic at best. 4. They will portray like they some huge multinational company who never default on their payments. The truth is they pay over a month after the work has been done. That too will be subject to too much of scrutiny and then they will impose their "terms and conditions" to make deductions and make reasons not to pay. Its been a year since they have not paid my dues. Liars at best. 5. They are there to constantly call you irrespective of the time of the day, or night when it comes to work but when it comes to resolving your issues, they are nowhere to be found. I have been in this field for over 8 years now and I have seen some cons. I give it to them they are better than others, but cons nevertheless.
