It is like a lala company. No delegation of authorities across all the levels. Poor management at HO. Managers sitting in HO’s of all the departments are egoistic. They don’t care about their subordinate.Delay in decision making.

Company make profit but at the time of appraisal it's going on loss and be ready for cost cutting excuses. Also be ready to work from office without vaccination in pendamic situation due to this mass resignation possible.
