There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. The hike in salary is hardly 5 to 10% every year. There is absolutely no job security one can be terminated on immediate basis as well. Extreme work pressure. Everyday there are late sittings, at times we have to work on sundays as well. Inspite of all the hard work there is no appreciation from seniors.

The work life was extremely stressful. Starting 6 months were good but post 6 months things turned worst.

Having paid holidays, sick days and personal days is also a crucial part of feeling happy with work. Your employer should understand that you need paid time away every so often. Employers may offer additional perks, such as 401(k) matching , stock options , free lunches and gym stipends

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. I am supposed to follow the orders of my superior, and that's it.
