Worst of the companies to work in. Way too much of politics and favouritism. Work life balance is complete zero. Managers behave like shit. Don't even know what to talk and how to talk to their employees.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
