The tech culture is vey poor. There is no learning opportunities, and there are no skilled senior engineers. Engineering managers and senior developers are unaware of basic programming standards. They focus solely on pushing out release, and anyone can deploy good/bad code to production without any concern. There is no job security,you could be fired at any time without any proper reason. Learning is very low in Leap. We are always given repetitive work. Worst Engineering Mangers. The so called Engineering managers only doesn't know how to code. They always mess up the DB/local environment and we are left to fix it.
