It was closer to my place.

Dislikes

A very toxic work environment. People were not valued in this company. The policy is very rigid. People out there are not cooperative at all. The Director is not at al understanding.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
