Employees are very polite and helpful and employers are down to earth always ready to help but no work-life balance at all.

Dislikes

very slow career growth and the work pressure is very high all the people have to work more than 18 hours in a day, expect too much but returns are too low

Leadics is the best place to work in. The management is quite friendly and helpful. Work culture is quite impressive and as a company, they have good vision on future products and business.
