EdTech for affordable schools, focussed on teacher and parents, with constant improvement in own curriculum, as if recipe was being made for finance, learning, and USPs were being tailored made, and requiring attention from CEOs office.

Dislikes

Travelling with Circle Heads, who seemed to have Vertigo of traveling and meeting own expectations without any skill or nuances or basics of managerial skills to let work be done. Impromptu calls without a plan, strategy, and seemed disturbed and mentally challenged. Teachers would never listen, but School Owners had words to speak only to someone else possible, or what?

Salary is above industry standard almost 25% more. Allowances also good. But this is well designed strategy to attract employees from competitors. Result oriented product.

Dislikes

Targets are not practical, work within restricted area very less scope. You have to sign 1 school out of 5 prospects so 20% strike ratio. Pricing 30% higher than market. Apart for product cost other cost for the implementation is high which is not affordable to school whose fees less than 20,000.00 per year. Company is short sighted and does not compromise on targets. You will get only one chance if you failed you are out. There is no value to people.
