The most toxic ambiance I have ever worked in. A group of untrained n ineligible teach for india drop outs work in the decisive positions spilling politics all the time. If mistakes in their work is pointed out, they make sure to ruin your life so much so that you leave the job. There is only show of support n amiability. The reality is they are always playing politics out of jealousy or vendetta. They hardly have any subject knowledge because they are basically engineers but they act as if they know everything. If you oil them, they will be good to you. The owners take no cognizance of all this....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
