There is nothing good about this company. They preach values all the time but is the most valueless place to work at.

Dislikes

Lead should remove the value of empathy from their website as this company is everything else but empathetic. The English team itself is not sure what they want from people. They are great at humiliating you at every point and would never fail to lower your confidence level. They favour a few people and would not accept any suggestions from the experienced team members. The Supplementary Books (SBs) and the lesson plans for CBSE are created by people who have zero experience in CBSE or any classroom teaching experience. The English team is comprise of some kids who create some unrealistic lesson plans and urge the experienced people to follow the same. They have very vague and unrealistic expectations from people who join. People are never valued here. They are a bunch of nasty people to work with. I urge everyone not to apply to any post inder lead. I regret joining this disgusting place and wasting my time and energy. It severely affected my mental health....Read More
