There is nothing to be liked in Assessment team

Dislikes

Work culture is worst, they will make you work for 13-14 hrs from 1st week of your joining. Variable component is trap, they will never pay you this amount. Senior managers have no experience of education related but they will take idiotic decisions all the time. Hire and fire culture, no job security</mark>. Never leave your permanent job and join this company. Within 6 months they will fire you by saying performance issues and they will not let you serve 2 months of notice period. Senior managers are giving promotions and rewards to their fevorite pets and they are not even considering hard working people....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
