At LEAD, I had great opportunities for growth and learning in the years I worked there, as the company was growing rapidly and had great leadership
The leadership has changed at the end of my tenure and the culture across the organisation has become far more toxic. Instead of focusing on the quality of education provided, profit at any cost seems to be the unspeaken motto.
