It’s endless Never seen such un planned un ethical management Its worse guys its a disgusting place to be at Over all Lets talk about inside sales For a process where headcount is less then 30 how many lead/ manager you need ? 1 manager n may be 4 TL max ? Here you have 6 TL 2 Managers and 1 National head 😜😹 Yeah that’s right Most if the TL is a just a dummy , they are puppet no personality no intelligence no integrity only one thing they know is buttering to their Manager and showing superiority to the junior The Manager who seat at mumbai office My god she thinks she is the queen and come to office to watch series on mobile n eat dry fruits She hates girls for some reason, she just cant stand by any girls and very sweet to boys, full of attitude problems, absolutely 0 Manners political traits are high Trust me is such a waste of that Post , most of her girls team members complained against her to The HR but her favourite manage saves her every time with feedback She comes back to the floor with fake caring nature however next day her true colour comes out unconsciously , she is real worse manager The process head is overconfident, have no sense to manage things, heard he was thrown out of his previous Company because if this The company is removing all hard working smart people in slot , every now n then you will hear lay off news, I wonder don't the company remember there are few useless leaders in the Inside sales , remove them first they are utter waste...Read More

Nothing heartless people removes people who have invested their time energy and strength. Trusted co founder blindly but it happens too management is not aware what is going on ground level where some people take personal grudges.

Dislikes

Everything different rule within the team some people work from home since 8 month when some emergency take leave or break. Work life balance Management’s has favourite whom they promote Politics Seniors manager not supportive. According to them system works i.e work from home,favourite people are been saved irrespective of numbers or work. KRA is been changed accordingly during the year. Starting of the year it is something while appraisal it is other. Manager Shikha Tiwari is not approachable at all. Does not even understand what we works and how it’s works. Working like just a mad person pressure mentality harassing person. Talk to female in a very rude behaviour. While having quality mock call boy are been certified on one call and girls have to give 3-5 calls.
