The biggest pro is that you can showcase the cause of education while working here. Many mid-management and higher management seems to be quitting. Which is great room for growth. HR team certainly seems to be the best

Dislikes

Negligible tech knowledge or understanding in the co-founders which flows through the system. Showcasing a strong cause but unable to do anything about it. Schools by Lead are performing worse with teachers, students and principals more confused than earlier.
